By downloading or using Memory Match ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
The App is a single-player memory/matching game provided for entertainment purposes. It works fully offline — no account, login, or internet connection is required to play.
The App offers an optional, one-time "Remove Ads" purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by Apple's or your local law — refund requests should go through Apple's standard App Store refund process.
Unless you've purchased Remove Ads, the App displays advertising served by Google AdMob, configured under Google's child-directed treatment setting (non-personalized ads only).
All game progress, stars, achievements, and settings are stored locally on your device. We have no access to this data and cannot recover it if you delete the App or lose your device.
The App, including its design, graphics, and code, is owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App outside of normal use permitted by the App Store's terms.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
